Resources for addiction healing

    Sorry if this has already been asked.

    I am after courses that are available for quitting addiction, particularly porn. I also want to do work on my communication and help with my relationship.

    If anyone has found some great courses that have worked for them, please recommend them to me - thanks

    There is also dozens of different books on porn and sex addiction, do a search on Amazon.

    I'd also suggest investigating meditation as an additional too method to overcoming addiction.

    Thanks @Budh I had a look and it looks great, yes expensive so will keep in mind if I ant find free or low cost alternatives.
