Restarting today

I have tried quitting before on my own and know that only with help from others in the fight can I hope to carry through. I have visited this site a number of times and am on board with the approach and am inspired by the stories. I am starting today and am setting a goal for 7 days no PMO. Once I achieve this I'd like to set a longer goal. I am a married man who wants to keep the promises I made to my wife 19 years ago when I married her, and don't want to hide anything anymore. I want to be the man my kids look up to, in reality. I want to see what life is like, without porn (Neo: I'm going to show these people what life is like, without you - prior to the inferior sequels that is)
