    Hello I'm Sam,It's not that easy to express how you feel, when you are depressed and its not easy for someone who wasn't there to understand ...late nights watching porn and faping,,,4 hours of sleep 5 at most,feeling empty inside,almost dropped from college,thoughts of suicide,..I'm trying to find a little meaning of this life my first step is quiting porn.hope you guy's experience helps me..2 months ago my friend adviced me to sign up and join NoFap community.. And here i am..hope I'm at the right place..thanks guys i expect to hear much from you..

    I'm new as well.
    I desperately want to quit porn and masturbating. I've hated myself and what I've become. I don't want to live that way anymore. I've found peace since ive been coming here.
    We dont have to give in to it today.
