Same problem since 2003

Hi everyone, i'm raf 23 years old and i started fapping when i was 8.
I masturbate everyday, often more then once.
Probably is also because of the NET because when i don't have internet i almost never FAP or is not more then twice a week.
Anyway i've never resisted one month without fapping since i can remeber.
Two Yeats ago i decided TO get RID of my smartphone and PC and i resisted almost a month, but then a friend went to a relative's house and i had the occasion to use a PC and ruined the record. Anyway it was really a record, because other times that i've tried i lasted a week.

Now i'm not even doing my exams because i don't feel like studying and wake up late. My body become flaccid .
