Saw this after my Oopsie

So I pmo'd and did it 4 times at the 08/11/2021, 3 times before bed at 3am (This caused me to go to bed late) & after I woke up... With pmoing to femboys, after getting urges from 1 YouTube video talking about them, which urks me as I haven't been getting urges looking at women, outside from when I get intimate with my gf...At the moment I'm struggling to just think of this as a slip up.
