It was goin' well untill today and then sccumb to the pressure. This time well defined goal which I did not have before. On the positive note i have started seeing improvement in myself and doing better. One thing I would like to mention here is still I was watching porn occasionaly but able to control myself until today. I think that was kinda weak link which I have to break, so this time no porn, no masturbation.
I know how you feel, I need to give a crap if I wish to beat this habit. At the moment I am not the best example but when urges arrive I like to think about why I started in the first place and this usually with a little bit of a fight, works.
