Semen leaking and wet dreams

    Heyho,

    Yesterday I was peeing and suddenly semen came out and I became such an shock that I felt the biggest urge ever. Now I got the feeling every second sth. can drop out. How long does this take to end and should I be afraid of wet dreams? End of 3rd week and I haven't seen any solutions regarding this "issue". Man I am scared right now because when I usually have seen semen then it was connected to an orgasm and now I think my brain does that automatically because when I See down my underwear, I instantly get an urge and start thinking about uninpropriate thoughts.

    Please share your experiences with me!
