    Congrats my friend, my story is not so different from yours. I got high speed internet when i was 15 my academic career went down hill from there. I cant wait to have a sharp mind again.

    Well, PMO has caused so much negative effects on your life especially in academics. Right? The only way you can revenge this is by Completely abstaining from it. You can be a 100% free fom M&O but with porn, Shit! It's everywhere Now. You can ofcourse abstain from watching it but coming across nude photos is obvious.

    This shit has destroyed many peoples Relationships, sex practices, education and so much more. One of the effects of Pmo is becoming Emotionally unstable. This is the one that I hate most.

    Unforunately unless you live in a cave and be a hermit. nude pictures ect what can be considered as soft porn is every where. But through abstaining from hard porn we can learn to view this unavoidable stimuli (TV Internet social media) in no way am I saying we can m and o over this with out harm. I am saying we can see a beautiful woman and see her not just for her breasts or her legs but the whole. Programmer , im glad your here your name proves my point it takes individual code to write a piece of software and the sum of its whole is greater than its parts. In fact only then can we view woman non objectively, it's one thing to avoid them of fear of p m o but avoiding women due to fear of sexual stimulus is a condition in its self. a wise phrase is that the water can never sink the ship if it never breaches the hull

    So true programer, we won't be tempted beyond our ability. I realize that as our ability expands, like having easy access to Internet, the luxury of lots of privacy and being alone etc, the more temptation we'll have to self-destroy. Thanks for your inspiration.
