Sex during 90 days reboot

    So ive been searching for an answer but couldnt find it here.
    Im trying to start my 90 days reboot. But to keep things a little bit more simple, I dont want to abstrain sex from these 90 days. Will this still count as a succesfull reboot?
    i wont be having sex often, maybe not even at all if im being realistic lol

    I think the answer really depends on how you want to handle your reboot. Personally I would say if the opportunity is there for real sex then I would do it. After all isn't that the point of giving up porn because you want to have real relationships and real sex.

    Everyone reboots differently. And many of us try different things at different stages of our recovery. When I started noFap, I just did no P. I am currently doing no PMO. Because I am single and in a lockdown, I thought why not try the hard mode. Feel free to check out this article for more info on types of reboot.
