Sexual anxiety

Hi guys, sorry for my English but I'm Italian. Today I decided to finally register to this website in order to win against my addiction. I'm trying to quit since March 2019 but I never succeded. In particular I suffer from sexual performance anxiety with my girlfriend due to all the stuff that I watched in this years and for comparing myself with the actors. I believe that I'm not enough to have sex with her and I'm always worried to not last long enough. Obviously this builds in me so much frustation. When frustation is over the limit, I cope with PMO and it does nothing but getting worse because I flood my brain with pics and videos of unrealistic sex. I need to end this cycle and regaing trust in my capabilites and self-esteem. I want to thank all of you for this beautiful forum!
