Sharing a good story

Hello everyone, long time without me visiting this forum but I would like to share a brief story with yall.

I've been struggling with masturbation and porn for a long time, I'm 24 yrs old and this been going on since I was 15. The last months I experienced a couple of things, my grandma passed away because cancer and that hitted really hard, also its has been a stressfull stretch at my job (I work on the health area, my job is basically supply public transportation for people who are sick)as expected, my addiction got worse and I think I was starting to get depressed.

However things got a wild turn I decided,b I did something stupid, try as hard as I can fight against all of it. I've been praying every day (which I wasn't used to), quit p and m (40 days+ already), work out regularly and work as best as I can on my job despite everything.

I KNOW, porn isnt the only thing that was keeping me down and me leaving it wont solve my problems BUT after a month+ without it I have been with more energy to do other stuff since my mind isnt clouded with that bs.

Im a ok looking guy but when I was on that useless stuff I wasn't aware of any flirtations from girls and didnt receive a single complement(wasnt common but used to happen once and a while), after a month without it my confidence seems to cameback, of course Im not getting laid every night(not even close to that lol), but Im already have a girl who is interested in me and got some compliments from unexpected people.The point Im trying to make is that porn will destroy you, even trought quitting it wont magically solve everything at least it wont drain the energy that you have to fight for the things you have to fight.
