Shifting Viewpoints Similar to NoFap

Dear NoFap,

it was a major paradigm shift for me when I realized that porn and masturbation are not serving me but instead are giving me negative results. After this I was looking at the world differently. So I can say it changed my life for the better. I woke up so to speak. Meanwhile most people are still sleeping.
