    Hlo frnds. First of all i would like to thanks you all for this grt platform which has helped me a lot. Bt guys aftr going for nofap for 30 days i hav gained a control over myself bt m totally addicted to social sites especially fb n insta. Though i dnt make post simply going through feeds i spent hours. I need ur help guys to overcome this addiction. Tq
