    Im young and i am starting nofap. day 5 and i have had temptations but nothing i can't handle.

    i was wondering if i stopped nofap to get me more sensitive to stimulation again and to not last hours in bed do i stop all sexual activities?

    i have a girlfriend and not doing stuff in bed with her will put her off me and break up and that's not something i want to do as i started nofap so our sex lives would be better along with losing horrible fetishes im ashamed of.

    do i stop all sexual activities or only porn?

    I think it's fine to have sex man. It's just porn that is causing the problem.
    For many people, porn stops them from enjoying sex, so they stop watching porn in order to better enjoy sex.
    Its "nofap" not "no nut"
    So yeah man, enjoy yourself!
