    Please, im on day 5 and I'm having terrible urges I really wanna be on day 6 tomorrow for school, please help

    Chaser effect can last 2 weeks. Terrible urges should subside/lessen by the day now. IF you act on them you essentially perpetuate an endless circle of temptation.

    HIKING.
    FRIENDS.
    GETTING OFFLINE AND GOING OUTSIDE TO TAKE DEEP BREATHS, COUNT TO 10.
    USE YOUR CREATIVITY YOU ARE TRAPPING YOURSELF IN THE PRISON OF YOUR OWN LUSTY DESIRES AND MIND. IF YOU ARE IMPRISONING YOURSELF YOU CAN ALSO FREE YOURSELF ANYTIME YOU CHOOSE.
