I couldn't hold my self , and it wasn't Even worth it, I am so ashamed right now, and from now on, I am going to look for a 100+ days streak, with no sexual fantasies, no porn, nofap, and nothing can stop me now, i don't want or like to fap anymore, it's only making me think that I am a bad person.
Please don't be harsh on yourself. It is normal. Relapses aren't a sign that you are weak , they are a sign that you are lacking inner peace. Work on your inner peace and the journey becomes effortless. No need to apologise , you should be proud of yourself.
I can understand the negative feelings after a relapse, but don't forget you went 30 days without porn. You did it once, you can do it again and make it further this time.
