(Sorry if this wrong forum) Coveant Eyes, my issue and possibly others?

Hi, I'm new here. I've used CE for almost 1 year now and it looks like many have on this site.

About 4 months ago I discovered a glitch in their accountability software. I use Windows and I can basically log out of screen accountability without logging into another account. I will refrain from telling how so I do not endanger others. I use no VPN or software that can compromise the system. I've been on the phone numerous times and each time they said nothing can be done presently. I finally had CE remote access my computer to run logs and they basically gave up and not in a kind way. Customer care essentially blamed me for it not working because I "abused" the system. I was told CE is for those who want to better themselves, yet I have been paying for this in hopes they would be able to fix it and I have been the only one to reach out. That really hurt as I struggle with porn and CE worked awesome until I found this glitch.

Does anyone else have this problem? Also is there another alternative thar you use for screen accountability? I'm reaching out because I need help and I need something that will work.
