Starting afresh

    Hi everyone. Im in my my late 20s but have been fapping since my early teens. I would like to stop completely especially now that I realise its possible damaging effects. Have been trying to quit fo sometime now but always go back after about two weeks. Having to share with a group who understands what am going through will make it easier I think. I will start with a month and see how it goes from there.

    Hey dude welcome,
    Yep everyone felt that way and some people couldn't hold for three days, that's why we are here to stop the addiction. I recommend to see others guys post and how they relapsed or why and how they got back in the right track. Good luck dude :)
