Starting my new journey

My name is badal and i am 15 years old and i am from Nepal,and i have decided to quit masturbating and watching porn for a long period,for the time being we all are forced to be inside of our house and most of us are already bored and some are starting to get bored and we all are trying to do new things during this quarantine and i have decided to start NOFAP, during quarantine we spend most of our time by using mobile,laptops and some of us have started to masturbate on daily basis. if i recall i started to masturbate when i was around the age of 13,many of my friend also started at that time. we used to talk about pornstars and position i was the center of attention in this type of things and slowly slowly most of us started realizing they are having problems and all of us thought it was due to puberty but after a sometime we realized it was due to masturbation and we started searching about is merits and demerits and we realized we are doing the wrong thing and some of my friend gave up on masturbating but some of us are still doing it nowadays. right now am regretting it and i have decided to quit it because i knew i was doing wrong thing and i started developing anxiety,hairloss,lack of memory power,lack of concentration and many other thing.i always wanted a muscular body cuz i was teased for having a skinny body and i knew it was due to excessive masturbating. i didn't tell any of my relative or my family about this an didn't knew what to do and i was being a slave to it and i finally decided to do nofap. i have tried nofap few time but i got urges and couldn't resist myself but this time i am serious about doing nofap. i am about to do a thing that can change my life,i know its gonna be difficult but this time i will resist myself as long as possible and hope i will achieve many things by doing so.
