    Hello every one im a new member of Nofap im born at 8/3/2000 so i will be 17years old after 4 month
    Im facing problems with stopping porn i just need a guide when i feel the burn in me which tells me to watch porn and mastrubate i just cant stop it i would appreciate every one for reading this and giving me a hand
    2 notes: im virgin/sorry for my very bad english my main isnt english +schools here sucks

    Whenever you feel the burn to PMO ( porn or masturbatio or orgasm ), just take a cold shower. I know it sounds uncomfortable, but it works.

    Also, avoid being bored. Always have something to do.
