Stress is killing me

    So I have a lot of stress on me, with school and my sick sibling Idk things have been hard. Its my 6th day. I have an exam very soon and need to start studying but all im thinking bout is pmoing. Im on the 90 day hard mode. What should I do? Any advice to sit my ass down. Study. And stop fantasizing?​
