I've been really hesitant to share this, but screw it because I am. This might be a good inspiration to you guys to stop excessive fapping and/or stay fap free.

I've become a heavy porn user and masterbaitor for a year. A few months ago from long binges I have developed dermatitis on my genitals. The urologist says it's contact dermatitis, which may be true, but not sure myself. It's really sensitive down there and if I fap for a certian amount of time, it starts to hurt really badly and burn. It gets very pink, my veins have changed, and rashes can and has developed in certain places. If I don't fap it doesn't look too bad, but if I do it doesn't look good. Now sometimes during fapping a temporary rash that burns a little develops on my hand, but goes away if I don't fap. I've had enough so I'm starting the journey.

I've done nofap before to have the motivation to get girls, but this time It's for my health. I dont want anyone to get what I have so I urge anyone to not become/stay an excessive masterbaitor and not to abuse edging. Hopefully it goes back to what it used to be after a good streak, because fapping makes it more and more worse. I'm thinking two weeks to a month with NoFap and depending how I feel I might do 90 days.
