support and accountability

Hey Guys,

Im new to this but have been trying to quit porn and fap for a number of years with no success im young healthy, doing what I love and have a beautiful woman in my life, but im sick of how fapping and porn makes me feel so shit about myself, keeps me up half the night, and makes me feel guilty.
Basically, i am on here because I want some support and accountability.

If there is other dudes who are new or old to this and want to form some sort of regular accountability group, please let me know, because i feel like this could help!
