taking time & effort to work on myself to become better ;)

hey my fellow fapstronauts, since this is a public space i’d like to go by the alias Champ.
I’m going by that name cause I want it to represent how i’m going to be doing things from now on. I want to get a champion mentality & build myself up into that champ way. I’ve been on a rollercoaster ride with my porn and masturbation issues and I’ve come to this space to better myself & meet people who like me are trying to change for the better.
I can’t really say I’ve wasted some years with my issues cause it has taught me about myself along with other experiences. What I know now is, it’s time to move on to better things, it’s time to put my relationship with it aside and bring forth new opportunities into my life cause i’m still young and I still have some growing to do.
I want to call myself Champ cause I want to start doing things a Champ’s way and I want to become better for the people around me. I know this journey to semen retention won’t be easy but I know it’ll be worth it. Let me use this time I have now to work on my goals, passions, relationships, habits etc. Things that can set my future bright and lead me on a path to greatness cause like me and all the others here, we’re champions too!
as a side note, I want y’all to know that ‘if you really believe in something, if you truly believe that you’re destined for something bigger than yourself then you should FOCUS on becoming someone who has earned what he/she believes because it’s through our minds/thoughts that action take place.

these past few days have been hectic, I been stumbling onto porn material & i’ve run over my streak. they say everyday is a second chance and it seems i’m taking mine for granted, which I don’t want to.
the title of this post is ‘taking time and effort to work on myself & become better.’ this is what is going to push me from now on, TIME & EFFORT.
