Previous Streak-34 Days Current-11 Days So I Am On Day 11 Now (Hard Mode) And Something Weird Is Happening.I Cannot Control My Temper Yep!!!!! I Don't Know If it Is The Boost In Testosterone Or What.I Today Said "Fuck Off" To A Person Who Works Under me At office just because he left the file at his home and said he would bring it in 20 minutes or so.And Again While Waiting At The Grocery Store Couldn't Control My Temper When A Guy In Front Of Me Won't Make Way for me to go on i said "move that fat body of yours". I am not like this.I Don't Know What Happened But I Apologized immediately to the office colleague but didn't got a chance to apologize to the latter.He Just Moved Aside Like he could sense that i was under some fight with myself or etc.
Hi I'm a partner of an addict with PIED and this happened to him as well. It does get better. I'm not sure why you are quitting but his anger issues with three fold. First he was mad he had to quit something he enjoyed. He was mad at me cause he thought I was the reason. He was mad that other guys can watch it and not get addicted and/or not have ED. He thought it was unfair. Second he was having an actual physical withdrawal from the dopamine rush. Ever been around a person trying to quit smoking? It's the same thing. Finally he had lost his coping device and all the emotions he had suppressed for years started coming out. He had to learn to cope with real emotions and those are both negative and positive. In a bad mood he'd FAP, stressful day at work? Partner pissed? Sad? Anxious? Angry ? He'd fap. Now what did he have to do? It's normal push through! Good luck!
