The Beginning

    Hi guys,

    I am 28 years old, I discovered over the past few months that i have ED possibly related to masturbating to porn for nearly 8 years. Couldnt keep it up with my gf, for sometime i thought if it was because I was nervous or some shit like that. From the inside though i had this feeling it was because of my PMO addiction. After watching a Terry Crews video on how he opened up to his wife about his porn addiction, i summoned the courage to tell my girlfriend 3 days back that i am a porn addict for the past 8 years and is probably the reason why i was not able to have proper sex with her. I am amazed by her understanding and she has given me her full support and i feel extremely lucky to have her. I last watched and masturbated to porn 11 days back and last had an orgasm(which was induced by mygf) 4 days back. I have now decided to take up the 90 day challenge. Will post on how i feel about my ED in the coming days.

    Yes please do, I personally feel that I am not alone in this battle since I told her and that has given me some strength for now to overcome the shame and embarassment.

    yeah I thought I was alone for ages, I knew many people had issues with porn and masturbation.... but some of the weird stuff I was getting into was a concern. Instantly feel better getting involved on here tonight as I see a great deal of support available. You're definitely not alone!

    Yes! I felt the same. And after watching his video i felt that this problem is more mainstream than we think!
