The FREE program that will revitalize your journey and inspire success!

    Hi everybody!

Here is Version 1.0 of my porn/masturbation addiction recovery guide,
entitled HLT 90: NINETY DEGREES IN NINETY DAYS.

I am here to support you and answer any questions you might have. This guide is completely free. I am in no way being paid to market you any materials, though I will recommend certain resources (such as NoFap Academy) which cost money but are worth the price in my own opinion.

All I ask in return is that you do three simple things:

    (1) I ask that you please SHARE this post on your own thread, even if you won't use it yourself, just so we can help as many people as possible. Directions are below. Again, I am not some smooth-talking entrepreneur; I'm making zero money and I just want to enable as many users as I can. We're all here to help each other out, so please take 20 seconds to pay it forward on your thread! Right now, before you forget!

To share, just copy-paste this post on your thread. It's best if you copy-paste so your readers notice it. But if you need, you could instead share the link to this post

Plus, it will make your thread stand out if you're helping out others, and that way you will get more readers! Everyone wins, so take a moment and love yo fellow man.

    (2) I ask that you please post on my thread (here) or message me (here) with comments about specific typos, formatting issues, suggestions for areas I could add or remove content, and suggestions for future versions. I will credit you for your help in the next version, and I will check out your thread, if you can please do this small favor for me. Together, we can turn this guide into the best free recovery resource in existence. These forums are great, but it is very hard to find FREE, ORGANIZED, and EFFECTIVE lists of advice for how to beat our addictions. I think I've done a pretty good job here, but it's not "peer-reviewed" yet, so to speak.

    (3) Lastly, I ask that you stay strong, whether you read my guide or not. I really think it can help you out in your journey, so give it a "looksy." It is fairly long, but as I explain in the introduction, it is VERY concise. If beating PMO and turning our lives around was simple, we already would have done it. If you think you can turn your life around with "three easy tricks," then entrepreneurs will keep taking your money forever; this is hard work, so I suggest investing time in educating yourself with this free guide. Spend 30 or more minutes a day educating yourself with 1) the advice in sections 1-5 of the guide, or 2) the directory in section 6 of the guide, "Top Tips," which gives links to the best resources out there for beating PMO and getting the life you want and deserve.

Make today the day you turn your life around; it starts by downloading and opening one of these files. You can do this; God bless you in your journey!

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This first link is to the folder containing all four types of file: .doc, .docx, .pdf, and .rtf. I suggest the third one, the pdf file, as it appears correctly in google docs. However, I recommend downloading to your computer the file you please, so that you can make notes to yourself in the margin, use your computer's search function to find certain key terms, and so on.

Here are direct links to the four specific file types, if you can't access the folder.

Let me know if you have any problems, and I'd really appreciate if you fulfilled at least the first of my above three requests.

I've already noticed some huge porn addiction resources that I left out of the guide, recommended to me by a friend:

This one contains information as a well as a course; it looks REALLY good, like better than most anything I've seen. Explore this site, because they have tons of free resources. There are some references to Catholicism, but it does not seem to be exclusively a religious or faith-based approach.

Its companion program looks amazing, and I've heard good reviews of it. It is free if you are 20 or under, and it $39 if not, but give it a look, because it looks REALLY professional. Can't believe I missed these. You might say "$39, yeah right," but I've heard that people who financially invest in beating an addiction are much more likely to succeed. If you're having trouble, something like this is the program for you. Obviously something that costs money will usually be better quality than the free advice you will get here. Really, just click the link, and you'll see what I mean.

Here is a little known but helpful resource I have used! There is a free ebook and the option to pay for a 30 day email course. I recommend trying out the ebook. With it, you will get about 10-12 days of the email course for free anyway, so there will be no point in buying it unless you find it really helpful!

If you just relapsed or have relapsed recently, here's a good talk by Mark Queppet on what to do after a PMO or MO relapse. It give fantastic advice on how how to fail forward so that you can improve.
