    Hello everyone,
I made this account so that I could talk to people about my problem. I have never talked to anyone I personally know about my addiction and nor do I intend to.
Thank god I'm not addicted to porn. I do unfortunately masterbate and it really is bad for the soul.

I started by watching porn, but I have stopped after realising my addiction of masterbation. Ever since then I have not watched porn and I know I am capable of not watching it for the rest of my life.

You see my addiction is not porn, it is masterbation. After long periods of time of not masterbating, I am a very successful happy person but after I break this long period of no fapping, I fall back and feel extremely guilty. The reason I masterbate is not because of stress relief but because I am sexually excited. I get sexually excited as a results of bad thoughts that crop up in my mind.

I intend to completely stop masterbating.
Do you have any suggestions to prevent sexual thoughts coming to my mind.
I have tried to do other things to prevent these thoughts. Playing chess is a favourite but I have concluded that playing chess or doing other things will not stop the addiction. It will only prolong the time and soon I will fall back to the secret habit.

For these reasons, I intend to write at the end of each day how I got through my day, hopefully, with no masterbation.
Thank you for reading and I hope I could make friends so that our journey through this struggle becomes easier.
    Thanks once more.

You are welcome, but however urges sometimes can attack even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
