I've abstained from PMO and even looking at things that would arouse me many times, record being close to or over 2 months in one session. In that period I've experienced a hard flatlining and it caused me to relapse out of the 2 month streak. It was a pure monk mode and it scared me a little that I felt absolutely 0 spontaneous stimulation. I don't even remember morning wood being a thing for a certain amount of time - which I really didn't like.

Thanks to summer approaching and Youtuber "Glink"s recent upload I decided to go for 90 days. However, I decided that imagery was allowed this time around and I allow myself to indulge in it to certain limitations so that I don't relapse and ruin the challenge. I'm wondering if even looking at nude photos or even real women is biologically firing off reward circuits that we are better off not firing and if nude photos have the same or significantly similar effect as moving picture. I've read a couple threads here and the general census seems to be that looking at images is discouraged because it can cause relapse. I'm pretty good at controlling myself so that doesn't really concern me. I enjoy looking at images and women because it reaffirms that I still "work" and makes the process a bit easier to digest. Resources to research is appreciated and opinions are welcome. Thanks guys.
