Hello, My name is Negm and It's my first time joining a no pmo challenge and writing about my experience with this awful habit, I'm under 20 and I've been exposed to porn through my early years , I just wanna say that in my family , I've always been the good one, the shy one , the one whose obedient and cares doesn't really have a lot of problems, I realised that I had the whole world in front of me and I could do Whatever I set my mind on , but I was exposed to porn and that hungry monster grew inside me who I thought I could control but I must admit, I can't. I Hope to get over my addiction with your help.

    Hi Negm,
welcome here. there are a lot of people here who can help you because you have joined a pretty interesting and helpful community, dedicated to non PMO cycle.
I agree with yo that it is a hungry monster and very destructive. Your on the right track.

    Welcome to the NoFap community.
Here are some strategies that may be helpful:
    • Get an accountability partner here.
    • Start a journal here, select your age group and Post New Thread.
    • It's important to replace the bad habit of PMO with a good habit. Some suggestions: Read articles in a field you are interested in. Learn time management. Learn about self confidence and motivation. Take online courses. Learn about self confidence and motivation. Read a self help book. Go out and socialize.
    • It's also important to be strong physically: Eat well. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Exercise for 30 minutes each day. Get at least 6-7 hours of sleep.
    • Many have found meditation to be helpful--it can take the place of PMO time and help your physical, psychological and spiritual health. Start with 5 minutes, gradually increase to 20 minutes, once or better twice a day.
