Hi all. Nice to meet you.

I'm a 29 year old male that's been using porn since I was 17. But I've been addicted to masturbation since as early as I can remember.

I've tried quitting several times before, but always relapsed (I actually had a recovery journal on feedtherightwolf when that place was popular). I have really hit "rock bottom" over the last few years where, after trying and failing so many times, I gave up trying to quit all together. It's to the point now where I'm lying to my wife, sneaking off into the bathroom to watch porn (at home & work), and masturbate 2-3 times a day. It's pathetic that PMO has such control over my life - And I'm ready to try this again.

    Here's a link to my recovery journal - https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/eating-an-elephant.259066/

    Hello and welcome.

I have been in a similar position to you feeling like I was betraying my wife by not only lying to her about how much porn I was using but in doing so not offering her the attention that she needed and deserved.

    Good luck to you.
