    Hi, I'm Jay 26year old .I addicted masterbation and porn from 8-9year ago.because of this I feel asperity and don't feel good talking to people.my eyes bacame very week.but now I want to quit this and I am sure that I will quit with your support my friend.let's do it.
    I want help to quit this,any body wil?
