This strategy is working for me

I am new to this forum and also new to the nofap thing. I just recently discovered nofap from watching youtube videos. But, I have been using a strategy for something else, very related, that I am now using for nofap. This is day 6 for me on nofap.

The related activity I am talking about is masturbating and webcamming online (adult 18 and up website chatrooms only). That has been my problem for a few years and it has recently taken a huge toll on my health. This would literally take hours out of my day each time and I reached the point of adrenal fatigue and sexual exhaustion. It was consuming me.

So, here's what I did. I'm sure everyone here has heard about the K9 Web Protection.

You install this program and make the selections to ban what you want. In my case, I banned all chat rooms. Now, I have banned all porn. This program works great. The trick is what you do with the K9 password. Go to this site and create a password:

This will create you a password that there is no way you could memorize. Write it down or copy it to a word file then TAKE IT TO WORK. That's right. Make sure the password stays in your desk or someplace at your work. This way, the only way you could disable K9 would be to think about it at work and actually bring the K9 password home. That would be completely premeditated.

Like I said, this has been working for me with the chat rooms and now I am using it with all porn. If the password is at my work, and there is no way that I could memorize it, then there is NO porn on my pc at home unless I go to work the next day and bring it home.
