I have been writing a book now called ‘The Understanding of Life' for about 6 years. You may have found the introduction, and first chapter on Facebook. I've tried to copy, and paste it to this page, but I couldn't. It's slightly too long. The page on Facebook is called 'The understanding of Life'. I hope that you will read this also. The reason for this is that for me, it has truly stopped me struggling to stop the truly destructive addiction of masturbating, and lustfulness.
