Three months without porn

Today I passed three months mark with zero porn. First couple of weeks were relatively easy, and then it got pretty hard - I had obvious withdrawal symptoms. It was so hard to deal with... Anyway right when I was approaching three months mark it seems to have subsided significantly. Hopefully it will stay this way...

I have no idea how I would do this without my wife. We had a talk about me going through with this, she was obviously pretty upset that I had this involvement with porn for years. She caught me once before, but she had no idea this was an ongoing issue.. Once we discussed everything, she was extremely supportive. If I was single, I would probably never pull out of this...
