On the serious note, I would spent like 2 hours just edging and fucking pillows, until I come, and then at the evening I would do same thing again except binge relapsing. I also remember the time when I listened those hypnosis videos and used some sex toys to make me really have entire day in pleasing myself, just chasing that eternal bliss. And back then I thought I was hardcore stoic person of virtues How laughable is that? I though masturbation was healthy and even necessary They said that in school. So seven years of my time got waisted by this stupidity. Perhaps even more- I really don't get why they say that in schools. Men are more productive when they are not wanking so much. One would think it is in every states interest to educate people about it, in order to maximise profit

HMM I think i spent like 30 mins everyday? - 3.5 hours weekly, 14 hours monthly, 168 hours a year... HOLY SHIT that's a grand total of 7 days masturbating NON STOP hahahahaha.

This is virtually impossible for me to quantify. When I was single and living alone, there were times when I could start watching porn and viewing ads at around 9pm, and literally watch the sun come up the next morning. The hours passed by as if they were minutes. On those nights, I could easily MO 6-7x. I probably did that at least once a week, and had bouts of one or two hours peppered throughout the week.

Whatever the number is, it's brutal ... and had I used that time toward more productive efforts, I'd probably be a millionaire today.

Well for me it was maybe 2 or 3 times a week but sometimes up to 6 hours. I just get sick when I`m writing this.
Just good to know that there are other people, who have the same kinds of numbers

 

At the beginning of 2016 I was using 2-3h everyday at night (sometimes 30mins sometimes 5h), that's 14-21h a week, that's 56-84h a month, and would've been 650+ hours over the year if I hadn't started NoFap and changed my life

Hard to say. For me it really varies. If i catch myself viewing porn I make the conscious choice to get it over with. So at best I spend less than an hour per week on porn. At worst it can go to 20 hrs plus..
