Time to put an end of fapping

Hello. I am new to this site,i discovered it 2 days ago.

My story goes like this: I began looking up porn sites when i was 13 years old, so i started to fap when i was 14(i'm 20 now), and i had troubles of fighting it off while years pass by. Lucky thing is that i've NEVER told anyone nor any of my family about me fapping. I had problems of exercising like when i go jogging i get a fatigue and i quickly slow down. I try to keep myself busy and active with my best habbits like bike riding, training martial arts, and playing music. But the problem is: i get very lazy and sleepy, which i am NOT suppose to be. For the past 8 months i stopped fapping, and i was doing it just perfectly for 6 months, but then in february(2 months ago) i became a fool by going back to fapping and i felt very weak and the next few days i felt angry and depressed. So now i come here to seek help and to put an end of fapping for the rest of my life to be happy and healthy again.
