Tired of shame

    For a long time now I've noticed that I walk through life finding it difficult to make eye contact with people. I had no idea why - I believed that maybe there was just something innately wrong with me. Become more aware recently that perhaps my sense of shame came from my secret porn addiction. After reading about porn addiction I recognized that I was showing some of the effects in my behavior. I came across this site during my research. I want to be free from this feeling of shame and isolation.

    I don't even know where to begin. What are some strategies that I can use if I feel that I am about to give in and relapse?
