To all new fapstronauts, welcome. Whether you joined the website as you struggle with a pmo addiction or simply because you want to improve yourself, just remember one important thing: If you relapse, whether it be through porn or fapping, do not bring yourself down or feel disappointed in yourself, believe me, from personal experience I have learnt that it is this guilt that will only cause you to relapse again and again. What you SHOULD do if you relapse is to push yourself to try even harder the next time, ward off your urges through exercise, cold showers, reading articles on websites for recovering addicts such as “fight the new drug” and “your brain on porn” and watching nofap videos on YouTube and if those filthy urges that torment your mind try and get the better of you, remind yourself of how bad and disappointed in yourself watching porn and masturbating made you feel and with clenched fists and gritted teeth, say “NO”. Never stop fighting, brothers.

Are there any body symptoms when NoFap? for example dizziness or heavy body? I mean porn is addictive like narcotics.

Not at all, mate. At least not in my experience. Sure, you will get blue balls from time to time(you can easily prevent this from happening by having plenty of cold showers) but you won’t feel dizziness or feel any sense of heaviness at all whatsoever. Good luck on your journey, man. :)
