trouble orgasming while having real sex

I wanted to elicit from some of you out there what is your experience regarding difficulties to orgasm during a real sexual intercourse while on porn.
It happened to me multiple times as I was an avid porn consumer and PMOer and I was dating a girl that was just so fine i don't know how i got her in the first place tbh. The issue is that I developed a behavior of not ejaculating while having sex with her initially to avoid pregnancy but later because I simply couldn't get an orgasm and my dick would eventually die after a while. Up until then I wasn't having any PIED during this time although I would frequently resort to porn later to orgasm. next thing is we broke up and i started consuming more porn and it was so outta control i started having pied when I tried to have sex with a real person.
I'm approaching my second month nofap and i had already noticed pied going away a few weeks when i tested it but couldn't my super sayian boner yet but i did the trick. I nearly orgasmed but refrained, didn't wanna risk getting her pregnant.
I never thought other people could have trouble orgasming while having real sex until I watched a video where Leonard Banks quickly mentioned it. Has anyone else out there been through it?

Yes. In fact at some point I thought I was alone and then I looked it up. It's called delayed ejaculation. It mainly occurs due to overstimulation to the point that you lose your sensitivity and vaginal sex doesn't feel as stimulating as it should. This is why someone ends up losing an erection in the process. Another issue that causes this is anxiety during sex... Especially for people who are too self conscious about for example, the size of their penis.
Unfortunately, I do not know the solution and that's why I joined nofap. I've recently started a 6 month abstinence from pmo to see if these effects could be reveresed.

Been there. And still there occasionally. DE and PIED are very real. Our brains become trained and washed to need more than what vaginal sex may feel like. Death grip, growing accustomed to how you M, Porn, etc all play a roll. Have to re train our brains to be wired to a woman only! Things should get better the longer you refrain from PM.

This happened to me with my ex some time ago, however, she is the only girl I´ve had sex with and I´ve never had sex without condom so idk if that is a factor to my delayed eyaculation because the only way to eyaculate was through intense handjob when we were tired of sex. In general, im trying to reboot and see in a distant future if PIED/PMO is the issue or the actual idea/sensation of a using a condom.

I went through this with my last girlfriend. Abstaining from PM ended it pretty quickly. I went on a 4 month streak and my DE vanished.
