Trouble Using All of my Energy

Hi folks,

Does anyone have trouble using all of their energy when abstaining from PMO for even as short as 3 days? It feels like my energy supply is endless, and this is a blessing and a curse.

Does anybody know of any tricks that work for them outside of the norm? I do and have always done the usual healthy activities such as working out, socializing, and working hard at home and at work.

I never tried meditating or cold showers if anybody can give me input on those. What else can I do to transmute my sexual energy?
