Hi everyone, I've discovered the nofap in the last november because of nonutnovember, it looked like a good idea to try it out, but i didn't manage to get beyond one week, since mostly on weekends i find myself mostly at home. During quarantine i've given up since it's too hard, recently i've decided to try it out, since i notice that the fapping starts to have bad effect on me. Now i'm already day 4 , I sure hope that the quarantine won't let me relapse wish me luck!
