Trying to recover

    Hey guys 20 year old male trying to take NoFap as seriously as I can I'm focused on trying to build a life outside of PMO and begin creating better habits however I feel a fear of failing (that at times leads me to failing) that can sometimes be crippling and almost force you back into your hole or comfort zone I'm Christian and any faith based help would be much appreciated ( secular help is also welcomed)

    Welcome to NoFap, brother. I'm a christian, too. Christ said that we have to gouge out eyes and cut off limbs, otherwise the certain sin is going to drag us into Hell. Commit to quitting before your journey begins. If you take this lightly, it'll take you by the throat and thrown you down. I know I'm speaking about sin as if it's a real creature, but that's the way the Scriptures talk about them. Perhaps you could even try fasting.
