Up for a 90 day Challenge!

hmmm! I actually found about all this nofap and yourbrainonporn.com by accident about 10 days ago! since then I've been reading and reading, and I was shocked how all the problems that I was trying to overcome in the last long years, was mentioned in the posts of Fapstronauts! seriously I've been doing anything to overcome my low energy, shitty time management, brain fog, and ED in my only relationship (painful huh?) and I had no idea it could be all about this, I am not absolutely sure yet, but I only think if it is true and if I can solve those problems just doing this (and I know it is no easy thing to do now!), my world will be just awesome!
when I started almost 15 years ago, and honestly I just realized I've been doing it for such a long time, I had no fast internet, saw a couple of porns in some friends house, but I started masturbating and didn't stop until now, recently, I mean probabely over 1 year, watching porn is added to that!
reading through online materials, I found about growthclimate.com and it's test about being a porn addict or not, and guess what, I found out that I have a addiction level 5, and I think it showed a little merciful,because I read through the symptoms I could see myself as a level 6 not 5! yeah, right,I should be proud of it!
since then I stopped watching porn and a couple of days later I decided to enter a 90 day period with no pmo!
because now I can finally confess it, I clearly can confess that I am an addict, an addict to pmo, and it is probabely messing with my mind and my body and killing my time, and what is more precious than those!
by now, I know that this is not an easy task and relapsing is very likely, but I will never stop trying until I get it done and see if I can experience all the good that you guys were reporting! then come and proudly and report them myself!
