Vicious circle

    Only actually managed to stop when I got married, but then relapsed again after two years.

    Now it's on and off, Mrs is pregnant and no sex at all (her pregnancy is complicated) so it's v hard to actually stop. Even when we do something other than sex I still need the extra bit :(.

    Mrs isn't aware of this, have always kept it a secret. Guilt trip is ridiculous when she keeps saying how patient I am now we don't have sex due to her pregnancy.

    Hoping this forum will help, especially when reading the success stories and the current struggles.

    welcome,
    all I can say is that through my experience doing nofap is that my struggle has become my strength, its amazing how you can build amazing willpower from just the simple thought that you wanna change your life for the better
