Last night when i closed my eyes to sleep i kept getting very vivid images of porn in rapid fire succession. It was crazy, i wasnt thinking of porn or pmo it was totally involuntary. It was like i was watching a video but scene after scene went buy very fast, like i imagine a cia brainwashing video would be lol. It lasted about 5 minutes. A little scary. Anyone ever experience this?

They are simply something that your brain might do during the process of falling asleep. As a PMO addict, it seems that the theme of these were vivid porn images.
Thanks for the info that does help put my mind at ease a bit. Im going to research that. The fact i binged the day before prob didnt help
