Hey guys, 22 year old male. After watching porn since I was about 14 I want to stop. I tried to stop for 3 years or so, was on Nofap for a short while, quit it, now I'm back. Spend about 500 bucks on porn, only fans etc., so things arent great. Always deleted the vids after buying, feeling shameful of my behaviour. It is important to me to talk about this as people who pay for porn are clearly the minority I think even on here. I can make it for one day, then almost always relapse hit. But I'm serious now. I really want to change myself and my life. I'm grateful for every tip you guys can give me, especially for the first two days. My first goal is to make it a week without porn for a start.
