Hi there. I just turned 20 last week, and recently came across this forum..thought it might help me with the guilt I've been having from watching porn. Been trying to stop for a while now, and haven't quite succeeded yet. Just talked to my best mate about this and he is supportive of me quiting porn completely, and so I can only hope that NoFap helps me out too. I watched just earlier today and told myself I'd join the next time I watched it. Few hours later, here I am haha so, yeah. Would really appreciate the support from the community. Thank you
Hi, thanks for the welcome. Not necessarily no. I'm still reading up on the rebooting forums here. So I'm hoping that I'll be able to take part in those. I saw there's an app, so I will try to use that as well.
