I recently had some hypersensitivity too after a long streak, the opposite to the problem that made me join NoFap : low pleasure , boring orgasm/sex Now just focus on your reboot , set a goal date , and don't test your sensitivity When you'll have rebooted , i think you can gradually reintroduce MO and test your sensitibility , trying not to come fast However you'll need strict rules to not exceed. 1 time per week? 1 time every 2 weeks? i don't know, but never MO if you feel stressful or in bad mood Good luck @Time-To-Change
