I just got a wet dream right after I woke up and I lost a little bit of semen. I did not look at porn, pictures of women's soles of feets, butts and touching myself. I was so pissed because I'm trying to keep as much as semen as possible inside my body and I do have an orgasm right after I woke up. What is the sign and I hope it's a good one. Please someone respond

  2. I'm not sure what do you mean by "the sign", but wet dreams usually have two causes - your mind is too sexual, sometimes just subconsciously or your body needs release physically (too much prostate fluid buildup, etc).

    Is that a relapse?

  4. Wet dreams are not a relapse and are a good sign. It’s the bodies natural way of releasing the fluids. If your doing a hard mode reboot, wet dreams are one of the only exceptions for O, keep going your streak continues.

I'm not doing the hard mode. For now I'm concentrating on quitting porn and masturbation. When I do get the sexual urges, I don't touch myself because that's the worse thing that I can do. Fighting the urges won't do because I always lose, but they come and they go. Also having multiple orgasms is a good thing just be sure my erection is working right. Also sometimes the semen comes out when I piss and shit too. Is that also a good sign and not a relapse?

  6. @pump20 Relapse = intentionally braking the rules of your reboot (the rules are chosen by yourself). Also choice is an important factor - if something happened because you had no choice and control over it (like viewing porn by accident or smth) then it is not a relapse (assuming that in this example you moved on and didn't just continue watching it intentionally). That's all relapse is, very simple...
